Kol Ami Programs

Educational Programs

Our adult study groups have addressed such topics as contemporary Jewish ethics and local community issues, Jewish history, Torah study, Reconstructionist philosophy, and Jewish humor.

Regular Shabbat Services...

are held every Friday night at 8:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 2601 St. Andrews Avenue, just north of Glades Road and directly across from the Pinecrest School.  Saturday morning services and study sessions are held twice monthly at the same location. Our services are warm, friendly, diverse, participatory, and egalitarian.  Visiting guest rabbis and scholars contribute educational, inspirational and relevant programs to enrich our Jewish experience.

Community and Belonging...

are central to Kol Ami. People come to Kol Ami looking for a warm, personal & participatory Jewish experience.  Our membership is diverse in profession, interest, background and Jewish education.  What we welcome most is a willingness to become involved in the life of our community.

Rosh Chodesh Women...

is a vibrant study and activity group, that meets regularly and focuses on topics including contemporary books, music, dance, women's spirituality and Reconstructionist philosophy. The Rosh Chodesh Women pioneered the first Women's Seder in Boca Raton.

And Finally, Kol Ami is...

warm and friendly - these are the words most often used to describe us. Everyone brings their own experience, knowledge and interests to our programs, planning and leadership. We have been described as the best kept secret in Boca.
