I am a Principal Systems Programmer with Network Administrator, and Project Manager responsibilities, who is also a council on Burlington Counties Law Enforcement Network's Security Team, who brings a varied set of skills and abilities to the table. These include experience installing and maintaining Windows Servers, Network installation and administration, AS400 Data Warehousing Administration, Unix Mainframe, web design, desk-side support (i.e. MS-Office, XP), PC and Network troubleshooting, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. In addition I have experience with applications development using Microsoft  SQL, Access/VBA and Info/Basic languages.  I am a natural born leader, who takes pride in being diplomatic while taking charge in situations when appropriate always looking for improving current processes or structure.

Systems Administration: 8 years experience

Managed IT operations for the Prosecutor’s Office, prepared annual IT budget.  Planned, built and administrate the Burlington County Prosecutor domain. Oversaw implementation from concept to completion of Office NT LAN.  Run help desk support for all network users, as well as troubleshot LAN and TCP/IP network issues.  Planned, developed and administrate Office web site.  One of the chief architects of the Burlington County law enforcement network: consisting of 4 AS400s, 220+ PCs, 2 Risc6000, 186+ mobile workstations which consist of 900+ users. Recently launched browser based ASP/SQL project linking State systems that automatically feed data to in-house systems that is quickly becoming an essential service in the office.

Analysis, Design and Programming: 20 years experience

Prosecutor’s Office databases: Police Academy, OPRA, Megan’s Law, and domestic violence systems.
