 Welcome to K.A.T. Academy!! We are one of the fastest growing Tae Kwon Do Academies in the area. We have had a presence in the community for over 20 years. We believe that Tae Kwon Do can be beneficial for all family members. Our students learn respect, self-control, physical and mental disciplines, proper etiquette, and intregrity. These attributes are extremly important in your child's development.

  As a modern sport, Tae Kwon Do has a new merit. Tae Kwon Do has left its mark on places such as Olympic Games and the Pan American Games. One would have a difficult time finding another sport that would compare to the gracefulness, accuracy and power that Tae Kwon Do possesses. Tae Kwon Do has also grown into a popular international sport due to increasing development of rules and protective gears that reduce injuries.

Tae Kwon Do is now an official Olympic Sport. These are some of the skills we teach:
