Summary

With more than two decades of proven experience in private industry and public institutions, I offer well-honed qualifications and a reliable record of results. My background includes a Master’s Degree from Seattle University followed by more than twelve years of experience in education and instructional systems design, seven of these in high-tech, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and wireless telecommunications. My experience also includes three years in copywriting and marketing with a further nine years in various editorial roles. More than 160 of my articles have sold to both print and online venues. Currently, I am adjunct faculty at Antioch University, University of Phoenix and Richard Hugo House.

Designed and developed hundreds of hours of call-center curriculum including 5-week, tier II Wireless Data Group training, extensive device training, (Blackberry, Sidekick, Treo, wireless data cards, etc) and product service training for Technical Services Group. Designed New-Hire Sales Training for all channels nationwide and implemented instructor led Internet Training (ILIT) in conjunction with corporate LMS.

Highlight projects include producing training for the corporation and its constituents (NxTrend, BuildSoft, FAST, et. al. ) on more than 20 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages with wireless bidding capability coordinated with extensive project management and accounting systems that, at the time, were used in 43% of the US residential housing construction market. Projects also included technical support materials and marketing collateral.
