The Cruise
On Sunday, June 24, 2007, as the sun rose in the sky,
cars began pouring into the Allegheny County Fairgrounds for
the very first
Rev Up & Roll. Old cars, antique cars, exotic
cars, show cars, of all ages, colors, makes and models
congregated on the field of the Fairgrounds and in the
Mezzanine Lot above. Well over 1000 car enthusiasts
turned out for our first annual Rev Up and Roll.
Circle June 22, 2008
on your calendar and get ready for the second annual Rev Up
& Roll! It promises to be even bigger and better.
We are currently planning additional show lots for our cars.
And just like 2007, it's Free to
enter! Don't be left
in the dust!
And don't worry, they'll be plenty to do throughout the
day. Browse our Crafters Market where over 100 of
Western Pennsylvania's finest crafters and artisans will set
up shop for the day. Groove to the sounds of some great live
bands on our center stage. Play a game or two or
three. Sample funnel cakes, fresh
grilled burgers and dogs, refreshing shaved ice, and so much
more. Visit the kid's activity area for a bounce on an
inflatable or a climb up our big wall, and visit the
Emergency Vehicle Show where you can get up close to fire
trucks, EMT vehicles, police cruisers and more from all over
the region. And don't forget to stop by the auction
tent and take a chance or two on our tempting raffle baskets
and prizes. Is there a better way to spend the first
Sunday of Summer? And admission is Free!
