Fitness Routine Well, things have changed since I last updated this page. I no longer FIRM for the time being. I was seeing major muscle building building doing THE FIRM, but I wasn't seeing any actual weight loss. So it was time to change things up a bit. Dan and I joined 24 Hour Fitness on 3/1/04! We both love it. I'm hooked on the elliptical machine. I do an hour on it at least 3 times a week. Sometimes we'll go 5 days a week, but the average is 3. Dan also started WeightWatchers the following day and as of 4/14/04 he's lost over 30lbs!! Go babe! It's starting to warm up outside and I can't wait to get out there and get active!!!!! |
