These new modified units.bmp were created after researching the original file and will work with the original oobs and allow the original black/white file to work with any oob that uses these. The one below uses the infantry/cavalry pictures that were included in the Pete Seibel mods. I believe most of the infantry/cavalry pictures come from a units.bmp made up for Antietam by Marvin Cobb. This file is still available at the Scenario Design Center under the Custom Scenarios for Antietam under the name BGNunits.zip. The artillery comes mostly from U.S. Park Service websites and the boats from various website pictures. I recently updated these files with additional pictures for the FTW scenarios to allow for additional CSA boat units and river obstructions.

pictures so they aren't as good as the actual bmp file.

This second file uses the infantry/cavalry pictures created by
Den McBride that I downloaded from the Scenario Design Center and uses the same gun, wagon and
boat pictures as the first file.

This third file was put together by Den McBride and has some color
photos from reenactments along with new versions of some of Den's pictures from the file above
and is the best of the three in my opinion.

Finally for those of you who actually like the black and white pictures in the original units.bmp I have added a modified units.bmp that uses the original pictures with additional pictures for the FTW naval units.

All of these files are compatible with the original oob's and will work as well as the original units.bmp with a new install. Just extract one of them to the Corinth/Info folder and download and extract the modified oob's found on this site for the mods you want to play and you're in business. These files have been modified to include the changes to the units.bmp for the Ozark file and I've tried it in my Ozark game and it seems to work ok. I have added an additional row at the bottom to provide space for additional ship pictures at the request of the Fight the War group. These will not cause any problems for OOB's that do not use them, merely makes more pictures available.
