Delivery My Eclipse was ready for delivery Friday night, November 9, 2001. Ordered 3 months before, she was a replacement for a 2001 Tampa Blue Pearl Sportronic GT I'd bought earlier. The Automatic was a mistake that I will not make again. This car really is much more fun to drive with a manual transmission. |

Highway 93 I stopped at a good spot on the way to work in Golden Colorado to take some pictures of my new car. Not two weeks old, the car shines well with pictures of Boulder's hills in the background. |

Huron On one of the 14'er trips I was glad for the extra clearance! The Colorado Rockies hosts a number of 14'ers if you are so inclined. The challenge to hike them is not so much a difficult trail, most are very well cared for, but the lack of air! Shared with friends, hiking up the 14'ers is one of the world's true pleasures. |

Tinted Windows No car should be without tinted windows in Colorado! My baby finally got hers 2 and a half years after I bought her. What was I waiting for? It is a lot cooler in the car now. |

Damage Despite all the care I go through to protect her, sometimes ugly things happen. I hope they don't get worse than this.
