LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This house is on a private lot 30 feet off the water with a fabulous view of
the lake. It has 100’ of private water frontage with its own beach, a long sandy bottom swimming area which is great
for kids, and a 32’ dock. The entire house has been remodeled over the past 4 years. It has 4 bedrooms: 1 downstairs
with a double bed, 3 upstairs – master with a queen bed and balcony, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. There
is a full bath downstairs with a washer/dryer and a brand new 3/4 bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we
have a gas grill outside. The living room has a great stone fireplace and an incredible view through 12 foot sliders to
the deck. There is cable, wireless internet, 5 TVs, DVD player, Stereo/CD, linens, games, and a canoe just waiting for
you to enjoy!
Lake Wentworth is a beautiful lake, 11 miles in circumference with the wildlife conservatory Stamp Act Island at
its center. This is a quiet and clean lake, perfect for a peaceful vacation. Just a few minutes out of downtown
Wolfeboro, we are very close to restaurants, shopping, golf, walking trails, museums and all the activities provided
by Lake Winnipesauke and the Lakes Region, yet away from the noise and crowds of the bigger lake. Come and relax!
