Our Commitment

We are a small, premier kennel located approximately 40 miles southwest of Chicago.  We are totally committed to the betterment of the Akita.  They are a part of our family first and show dogs second.

 

In this breed there is no room for "guessing", therefore all of our Akitas in our breeding program are certified against hip dysplasia through the Orthopedic Foundation of America (OFA), against hereditary eye defects by a Veterinary Ophthalmologist, and thyroid tested regularly. 

 

We consistently produce type, substance, soundness in mind and body, not forgetting the loyal companion.  We have also produced multiple Best of Breed and Group Placing Akitas. 

 

We don’t have litters very often and we are very selective when breeding and litters are carefully planned.  We offer show prospects and companion puppies (sold on a spay/neuter contract with limited registration) to approved homes.  Whether it is a companion or a show quality Akita, we stand behind our puppies with written guarantees.
