This week’s diner ride will be to Goolsby’s on Washington road. We will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 630pm on Thursday October 2^nd for a short ride, good food and great fellowship.

This Thursday we will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 6:30pm and ride to New Ellington to eat at Dukes BBQ. Come on out for a nice ride, good food and great fellowship.

Sorry about the late notice but I have been trying to watch the weather and decided there is a good chance of some serious rain tomorrow night. We will just meet at the Cracker Barrel at Belair road and I-20 at 7pm on Thursday 11 September 2008.

Hey F2, this weeks diner ride will be to Giuseppe's on Wheeler road. We will leave the Pilot station at 6:30pm for a short ride, great Italian food and good fellowship.

We have scheduled a ride to Deal’s Gap. We will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 7am to ride to the famous deals gap. I hope to see everyone there.

Our diner ride this week is to the Harbor Inn on Wrightsboro road. Hope to see everyone for great seafood and fellowship. We will leave the Pilot station on Belair road and I-20 at 630pm.

On Saturday we will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 8am to ride to Greenville SC. For Wing Ding. This is the GWRRA’s national rally and there will be more venders there then you can shake a stick at. This is your chance to attend the national rally because there is no telling when they will hold it this close to us again. Last year it was in Billings Montana. Let’s ride!

Saturday we will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 to ride to Pooler Ga. for Chapter E2’s meeting. This should be a nice ride with all back roads. We will leave at 1pm so we can take our time and enjoy the ride. Pooler is 120 miles from here and they eat at 4pm and meet at 5pm. This is the home chapter of JJ and Marcia Etzle our Assistant District Directors and they won chapter of the year this year. I feel we will have a good time.

Anyone interested in capturing a plaque of mythological proportions?

Well, the one thing we know for certain in Georgia is that the weather is unpredictable. But, rain or shine, we are giving away the Georgia Plaque at our meeting on Saturday (June 21). We are looking forward to a good time with all of our other Chapter friends that we don’t get to see too often. We have scheduled this special meeting day just for YOU! We even changed the meeting time to make it more convenient for you to come visit us! We will be eating at 11:00 am and meeting at noon. The one thing we didn’t change is our meeting place. We are holding our meeting at the Ryan’s in Douglasville. It is right off I-20 at exit 34.

Immediately after the meeting, we are having a group ride to the GWRRA sponsored KCI fundraiser. I have attached the flyer for all the details. This should be a lot of fun and we are hoping to make it a success for a very worthy cause. Please plan to come and visit us at our meeting at Ryan’s, and then join in the fun and camaraderie at the KCI fundraiser. We are having a motorcycle competition, so shine up that motorcycle and show it off!

We will have prizes to raffle off, games and face painting for all ages, musical entertainment, and plenty of food. Y’all come now!

Chapter V is sponsoring this PLP and Chuck Reed is conducting it. This is a super good safety course and I encourage everyone who rides a trike to participate. If you plan to attend please reply to this e-mail and let me know.

20 September 2008		This Saturday we will leave the Pilot station on Belair road and I-20 at 7am to ride to Fletcher NC for the "Wings Over The Smokies Rally". This is a great rally to attend and making it a day ride is easy. Come on out and ride.

18 September 2008		This week’s dinner ride will be to the Harbor Inn on Wrightsboro road. We will leave the Pilot station on Belair road and I-20 at 630pm on Thursday Sept 18^th. I picked this place because it is close and the price of gas is high right now.

13 September 2008		This Saturday we will leave the Pilot Station at 0800 for a mystery ride. Be sure to bring your cameras as there will be a lot to see and memories to keep. This will require a little bit of walking and many photo opportunities.

6 September 2008		We have two events occurring this Saturday. We have a ride to GA Q’s Burger burn in Warner Robins. This ride will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 8am. And for those who do not wish to attend the ride we will hold our monthly meeting at Ryan’s family steakhouse eat at 12 and meet at 1pm. Please all try to attend either of the two events.

9 August 2008		We have a ride this Saturday to go back to Maggie Valley and visit the Wheels through time motorcycle museum. We had so much fun last time that we decided to go again to give everyone who couldn’t make it last time a chance to go this time. We will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 7am on Saturday. Come on out and have a great time with us. Last time those who elected to spend the night were able to find a room easily for about 85 dollars per night.

26 July 2008		There will be a ride to Maggie Valley on July 26^th Saturday leaving the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 7am. We will ride to Maggie Valley and visit the Wheels through Time museum. Admission is 12 dollars for Adults. 10 dollars for seniors 65+ I hope to see everyone for this ride. The wheels through time museum will be closing after this year as Maggie Valley has told them they have to move.

It is supposed to be cooler Saturday then it has been so it should be a nice ride. Capturing the traveler’s plaque means having more visitors to our chapter which in turn means more revenue for our chapter. They also will be giving away the Travelers Plaque and the last time we went to Athens to get it we only missed it by one rider. Come on out and have a great time and help to capture the travelers plaque.

30 March 2008		Sunday we have a chance to show off our bikes at a car show at Harlem High School. If you would like to show off your good looking gold wings come on out to the Harlem High School and enter in the show. No entry fee just bring your bike. Line up at 1130am Show starts at 12noon.

29 March 2008		Saturday we will leave the Pilot Station at 7am to ride to Dublin Georgia for the Irish Getaway rally. Admission is $7.50 and it includes the meal and a grand prize ticket. The weather is supposed to be nice so come on out and lets have some fun.

25 March 2008		Tonight is bike night at the Snow Cap Drive In in North Augusta. We will leave the Pilot Station on Belair road and I-20 at 630pm on Tuesday Mar 25^th. Bike night this month is sponsored by Street and Trail motor sports and Hosted by Women on Wheels.
