                    IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL SCOUTS & PARENTS: 

                    In order to facilitate proper planning for all outings and activities,

                    all permission slips and any associated fees must be handed in no later

                    than two weeks in advance of the event. Note that some events may require earlier

                    submission of forms and/or fees, which will be clearly stated here & at troop meetings.

                    This is essential for planning transportation to and from events as well as for meal planning purposes.

                    Late submissions by valid excuse only at the discretion of the Outings Coordinator.

Text Box: All adult leaders and those adults attending outings must be BSA Youth Protection trained (and current) prior to youth contact.   Due to BSA and church policies, this rule must be strictly enforced for the protection of youth members and adult leaders.
