Joel was married in January of 2007 to his beautiful wife, Chelsea. He graduated in 2006 from Toccoa Falls College with a bachelor degree in Biblical Studies. He is currently completing his Masters of Urban Studies at Eastern University. Joel has been involved in urban ministry since high school, and in 2004 helped initiate what would become Aliquippa Impact, Inc. Joel and his wife live on Franklin Avenue in Aliquippa, where they are in walking distance of many of the young people they serve. |

Howard has been married since 1973 to Cherie, a beautiful Proverbs 31 wife. They have three adult sons who have families of their own, and who also love and serve the Lord. Howard was born and raised in Beaver County and received his bachelor's degree in Community Ministry from Geneva College. He has served on the church staff since September of 2000. Howard and Cherie share a passion for building deep, meaningful relationships both within the church and the surrounding Aliquippa/Center/Hopewell area and to see those relationships bear much fruit for the Kingdom of God. |

Elaine has served as Administrative Assistant since 2000. Elaine and her husband Bob have been married since 1981. They are blessed with two beautiful daughters, a son in law and a grandson. Elaine serves as Women’s Ministry Leader at Crestmont and also is the Beaver Valley Area Director for the Alliance Women of the CM&A. |

Jim, LuAnn, and Maddie joined the Crestmont family in January of 2007. Prior to joining the Crestmont staff, Jim served in the ministry of church planting in the Southeastern U.S. He is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College with a bachelor's degree in missiology and church planting. He likes hiking in the great outdoors and recently launched Onramps and Outposts, a ministry that serves the interests of men and families. Jim and his family enjoy hospitality, travel, learning about other cultures, and being a part of the Steeler Nation. |
