We started home work this weekend. I really encourage your to download the TI calculator to use at home.. If you don't have internet access please bring a blank CD or something else to school, come to Computer Lab 218 and I will help you copy it to the disk.
If you still have trouble understanind natural, whole, integer, rational, and irrational numbers, which comprise the real numbers, please check out this link for more information: The Real Number System
Please remember that copying another student's work is not acceptable and it is not consider working together. Working to gether sounds like this:
Eric asks, "Hey Lisa, what answer did you get on number 10.?"
LIsa replies, " I got 314."
Eric responds, "Wow I got something entirely different. Will you show me what you did?"
Then the two compare work, not just answers. Lisa just doesn't hand her paper to Eric and lets Eric copy down her anwsers. The would trade roll as tutor and student as they do the work together.
Please check the assignment page for video tutorial on how to simplify radical expressions. If you need extra help please talk to me towards the end of class and we can set up a time after school for me to sit down with you and find out where you are having difficulty understanding the concepts related to adding, subracting, multiplying and symplifying radical radical expressions.
