Chapter 3 helps students to learn the skills for graphing and solving simple and compound inequalities with a single variable. All the skills used in Chapter 2 will be used in this chapter.

Students will learn the difference between opened and closed solutions.
Student will graph solution sets on a number line.
Students will contrast between "AND" and "OR" solutions from a graph.
Students will learn how to break apart and solve compound inequalites.
