Security Training
It was brought up that a few work areas received the written portion of the training in their work areas and may not have viewed the video that was a part of the training. The training lasted approximately 10 minutes. All work areas should be brought off the floor to a quiet area, possibly Ops Office to view any type of video training. It should be formal and documented. Operations will review to see what employees may have missed this training or the video portion.
Dok-Loks,
traffic lights, chocks
After a lengthy discussion on the seriousness of utilizing the dok-loks and wheel chocks while unloading trailers, it was agreed that Safety will meet with representatives from each party and evaluate the JSA, SOP and any other procedure in place to ensure that no trailer is moved while an employee is inside loading or unloading.
1767,
1769 Review
A review of Hazard Reports indicated some improvement in completion. A proposal to utilize the 1767 as a Near Miss/Incident report was again discussed. Safety will look into the feasibility of utilizing the 1769 Accident Report to document near miss incidents. Contacts will be made to see what other facilities are doing with this.
Safety presented a draft
document to track corrective action for each accident. Training will be provided
all Supervisors and Managers.

materials layed across the PR Belts, but it is secured with clamps and tie

ERRP
The Ergo Coordinator
presented the committee with a list of projects the teams are working on. He
then described how he will be sharing duties with other programs. There was
concern this would cut back on the ERRP program and the
