Our younger daughter, Amy, learned this one as a Girl Scout. We can always count on her requesting these for lunch when we're out camping. We originally made these in a pie iron over the campfire but found it was much faster to make several at a time on a griddle over the camp stove.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

Spray a frying pan or griddle with cooking spray and pre-heat over medium heat. Spread pizza sauce on one side of a slice of bread. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese. Top with the other slice of bread. Grill on both sides until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately and quickly make up some more; everyone will want seconds.
