Breakfast Sandwich

I can't remember where exactly I stumbled across this one but it is similar to a Monte Cristo sandwich. Great on camping trips when you have time for a leisurely breakfast.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

Melt the butter in a frying pan and pre-heat. Combine the eggs, Worchestershire Sauce, and dry mustard in a bowl or container suitable for dredging the sandwiches. Between two slices of bread, put two slices of ham and two slices of cheese. Dredge both sides of the sandwich in the egg mixture. Allow the egg mixture to soak in. Place in the frying pan and fry until both sides are lightly browned and the cheese is melting. My wife, Cindy, likes to put maple syrup on hers.

Makes two sandwiches.
