In late February 2004, Clint and I took the plunge and purchased our first home together in West Jordan (Salt Lake), Utah. We got possession of the house on February 27, 2004, but our move ended up being delayed to mid March, 2004. Our old apartment lease did not expire until March 31 that made moving in to our house so quick unnecessary. For a while there, we were living in two different places. Cool, huh?

The move has gone very well, though of course there were a few frustrating times. The sheer number of boxes that we had to unpack was more than a little daunting, but overall, the move went very well. Thanks to our family& friends who helped us with the move big time. It has also taken us quite a bit of time to put up Clint's bookshelves that now hold thousands of his books, tapes, CDs and DVDs, assemble shelving units, shop for house supplies we hadn't realized we'd need, and organize our new space to hold all our stuff. These are just among the many other things that needed to be done!

Now, we are just very happy to finally be in our own house.

Everything you see in the photos are ours and all we have lol :) No wonder our house looks empty, huh!
