Kerry Carbone and I were married right after graduation, then divorced
two years later. I met Elisabeth Wagner in 1981 and we had our son Charles
in 1982. I also graduated in 1982 with a BSEE from UNM. We lived in Las
Cruces for several years while I worked at White Sands Missile Range.
From there I went to Sperry Marine in Charlottesville, VA. Then to Raytheon
E-Systems in St. Petersburg, FL. Finally, I was able to get back to New
Mexico by taking a job with Honeywell here in Albuquerque. I am currently
a staff engineer, responsible for flight management software for the
C-130J aircraft. I've been back here for about 10 years now.
Unfortunately, I lost Elisabeth, to complications from rheumatoid arthritis
last December. It's been a hard start to the year.
I have 5 dogs--4 long hair chihuahuas and 1 big (70 lbs) goofy mixed
breed and 2 parakeets.
I am spending lots of time outdoors--hiking, camping, boating (when
there's water) and now riding my new motorcycle.
