Finance degree from Colorado State University in 82, Cal Western School
of Law in 92. Spent the first half of my career in Banking/Finance and
the second half in Economic Development. After graduation from CSU, I
lived in Denver/Ft Collins until '89 when I moved to San Diego. After
being able to realistically play golf everyday because the weather was
so wonderful, I moved back to NM in '94 and have enjoyed our beautiful
state ever since. I really have been very blessed in my careers and currently
work for a technology company right here in Los Alamos called HYTEC/IMTEC
(We recently merged w/ IMTEC). I have enjoyed being back in NM and feel
like if I had not gone off and lived in the big cities, I would not appreciate
what northern NM has to offer today. I finally got married in 2004 to
Lori Poe (LAHS Class of 80, Teri Poe's little sister) as she was worth
the wait and have been busy raising daughter Carli (18), son Kelly (16)
and the real ruler/king of the house, son Ty (2.5).
As to be expected, sports still consume as much time as I can outside
the family and work activities, although I seem to be getting slower
(fatter) and feel more aches (older), I manage to still play basketball
and mostly golf (hardest sport there is, so I apologies to Bill Dickey,
Bob Martin, Clancy and all the others I gave such a hard time to when
growing up that golf was such a wimpy sport). I look forward to seeing
everyone at the reunion and thanks to the Committee for arranging everything
for us!!
