There are many benefits to online training. First of all, convenience. You don’t have scheduled meetings with your trainer. So, there are never missed appointments or cancellation fees. The way you schedule your workouts is up to you and can be as flexible as you need. Even with total flexibility, you still have the key component of accountability. In fact, you have more accountability with online training than with on-site sessions. With online training you fill out diet and exercise logs that let your trainer know what you’ve been doing all week. You also have much more access to your trainer via email. Instead of only communicating with your trainer once or twice a week when you see them, you can email your trainer any time with questions and comments you have, when you have them. Your workouts are adaptable to your specific situation as it changes from week to week and over time. Last but not least, affordability. A full month of online personal training will typically cost you the same as or LESS THAN a single in-person personal training session.
