On-Site Training
Because on-site training sessions are done in the convenience of your home, availabilty is dependent on your location. Based in Massachusetts, the towns I travel to are: Framingham, Natick, Sherborn, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, and Weston. The training relationship starts with a complementary one hour consultation in which we will talk about your goals, current fitness level, exercise preferences, etc. This is an opportunity for the trainer to evaluate the space and equipment available for your workouts. Training sessions typically include aerobic exercise, weight training, and flexibility work. Sessions may also include exercises from the disciplines of pilates, yoga, chi gong, kenpo and more depending on your interests.
