What is Seriously Simple Cooking?
Seriously Simple Cooking is about keeping it simple in the kitchen so that you can eat good food.
Good food tastes good, is good for you (even if in some cases that's more for your soul than your
body) and focuses on whole, natural unprocessed ingredients. While I can cook I don't really like
to. So, I like to keep it simple, seriously simple. Among the articles in the Club Biscotti blog
you will find recipes for all kinds of things that are easy to make and good for you. Most of the
recipes involve only a few ingredients and cooking instructions. The ingredients are almost
exclusively whole, unprocessed foods. The less processing the better. I hope you find some recipes
that you can use in your daily life. Enjoy!
Recipes
Seriously Simple Cooking is a work in progress. I have just begun to compile all the various
recipes that I use to make my eating experience tasty and healthy. A few of the recipes may
vary from the path of "diet" food but, they do follow the rule of being simple and being real
food with minimal processing. These are also important criteria for choosing what to eat. No
matter what your health, fitness or weight loss goals, sometimes it's OK to eat something really

A final note... the photo is the collection of ingredients from a mexican dish that I have enjoyed but,
did not cook myself. This photo is meant as a place holder until I can find a better more
representative photo for this page.
