RATES:
Rental fee for the week is $1100 (USD),
including 12 ¾ % taxes
The Master suite by itself rents for $800, including taxes
The adjacent (Standard) suite, by itself, rents for $650, including taxes
Details:
- 50% down payment due upon reservation. Balance due 45 days before arrival.
- PayPal or certified check holds confirmed reservation. Personal checks accepted, pending bank clearance.

- No pets are allowed at the resort.
Cancellation policy: –
1. If more than 60 days from arrival, 60% of renter payment refunded.
2. If between 59 and 30 days, 40% of renter payment refunded.
3. If less than 30 days, 20% of renter payment refunded.
