The 3rd annual BBQ will be held July 4th 2008. It's a Friday this year!!

If you're going to bring fireworks (safe & insane state approved of course) (what state Jim?) to the party please be aware that we will provide a central launch site (middle of the cul-d-sac). Please keep small children a safe distance away and try not to burn down anything.

Every age is welcome. Be aware, there will be adult beverages on the premisis in an uncontroled setting. Please watch your children. No pets please. We have two daschunds that will be running about.

Bring sumthin to the party, if your last name starts with:
A-I Bring Side Dish
J-R Bring Munchies
S-Z Bring Dessert. These are suggestions to help equalize the mix of items.

Everyone needs to bring a smile and a big appetite.

4th of July BBQ & Party

We start cooking the day before. If anyone wants to stop by and watch meat cook real slow over smoke come on down.

The party starts early this year. We will be serving a light lunch starting at noon. Several different chicken wings will be prepared.

After lunch we will be hosting some entertaining games for the kids (and adults too). Horseshoe tournament will begin at 2:00 for the adults. Kids games will run all afternoon until just before dinner is served.

Food (BBQ) will be served starting @ 6:00pm (time change from last year) maybe sooner, certianly not later. If you show up at 8 o'clock and the pork is all gone that's just too bad.

Fireworks are at 9pm. Maybe sooner.
Bring your own beverages and extra for me. ;-)

The Lunch Menu: Buffalo Chicken Wings; Teriyaki Chicken Wings; BBQ Beans; Whatever else you bring

The Dinner Menu: Smoked Pork Shoulders 90lbs; Lightely Smoked Chicken Quarters 60lbs; Grilled Squash; BBQ Beans; Bread for sandwiches; So don't bring any of these items :-)
