Nedra's Too

Kanab, Utah (last visit: September 2007).
Mexican American.

Kanab is centrally located between Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon (north rim) National Parks, so there's a good chance you'll pass through the area. It used to be a favorite location for film makers, but now it's a pretty quick backwater. Nedra's Too is a Mexican restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The "Too" in the name refers to the fact that the original Nedra's was in nearby Fredonia, Arizona.

The Menu
The large menu has all of the Tex Mex favorites, plus steaks, hamburgers, and other common American foods.

The Atmosphere
Plain and informal.

The Meal
I ate breakfast here.  Huevos rancheros sounded promising, but was disappointing. It consisted of two wheat tortillas, refried beans, a little cheese, and eggs. There was no discernible sauce. The server kindly provided a little bowl of generic salsa, which helped a little, but not much.

My one meal was pretty poor. I hope other selections are better.

The Bill
About $10.
