Two banks & New Center School

The building on the left actually housed two banks (note the two front doors). One was the First National Bank of Wrentham and the other was the Wrentham Co-operative Bank. The second floor, accessible by way of another door on the right side, was the Parish Hall for Trinity Church. An outside stairway on the left side led down to the Police Station and Lockup located under the banks. The Police Department moved into the new town building in 1951 and the Quincy Bank, having taken over the First National Bank, had the second floor removed about 1962.
The New Center School can be seen beyond.
