Derek Jeter All-Star Bobbing Head Doll 2001 All-Star Logo Bobble Head Doll Limited Edition Numbered "Homer Hitting Derek" The Product: *Limited Edition *Numbered Certificate *Special Presentation Box *Individually Hand Painted *Very Few Left! *Available Nowhere Else *Never Opened *More Valuable than 7/2 SGB The Man: *4 Time World Series Champ *Hit Game Winning Homer On MLB.com, an identical Jeter doll recently brought $330! We are selling the very same one, the 2001 All-Star, numbered, limited edition, mint in-the-box/never opened Derek Jeter bobble head doll. Remember, these are Limited Edition, complete with a limited edition certificate, and in a collector's presentation box, unlike any stadium giveaway bobble heads (SGB). I cannot stress enough how much more valuable and important, from a collector's standpoint, this Derek Jeter 2001 All-Star bobble head is in comparison to the recent Yankee Stadium July 2 SGB. The July 2 SGB contained corporate sponsorship on the doll itself. The SGB numbered over 15,000 (who really knows how many, since they weren't numbered, weren't part of a series, and didn't have a serial number card identifying the piece as one in a limited production.) Finally, there was nothing special about that day in July. This bobble head, however, has no devaluing corporate sponsorship. It's all about Jeter as an All-Star and nothing else. Plus, it contains the 2001 All-Star Game serial number identification card inside the unopened presentation box. The card (and the doll itself) memorialize and connect this collector's item to the fact that Derek Jeter hit the game winning home run in the 2001 All-Star game. It's connected with an important part of baseball history. Also, it's part of a very limited run (at least seven-and-a-half times rarer than the 7/2 SGB). Finally, this Derek Jeter 2001 All-Star Game Bobble DobblesTM comes in a red, white and blue presentation display box. (The 7/2 SGB, however, came in a plain, white box, meaning once it was opened, it lost its value as a collectible!) Not every baseball collectible is really valuable. However, this 2001 All-Star Game Derek Jeter bobble head is very valuable--the most valuable--for the reasons stated above. Take this opportunity to own a true collectible, one much better than the common 7/2 SGB's that have been so much in demand. *********************************************************** · All bobble head dolls at ichibob.com have never been opened.
