Canada: $17.00 for the first doll plus $5.00 for each additional doll.
Mexico: $21.00 for the first doll plus $6.00 for each additional doll.
Japan: $27.00 for the first doll plus $7.00 for each additional doll.
All Other Countries: $29.00 for the first doll plus $8.00 for each additional doll.
