B. Conditions
1. For Amateur Radio Operators:
Five(5) contacts with LCARC club members are needed. Proof of contact
is by submitting a QSL card, or an extract from your log showing
the call, date and time of each contact with the club member. (We
trust you!) All modes are acceptable. No net contacts will be
allowed.
DX amateurs need three (3) contacts with LCARC club members. All modes are
acceptable.
2. For Short Wave Listeners:
The award is also available for SWLers. Proof of monitoring five (5)
[three (3) for DX SWLers] LCARC members and submitting both
calls during that contact, along with your signal report. All modes
are acceptable.
