• HS LCA Group: 3:15 - 5:30 pm Mon-Fri
• Red Group: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Mon-Fri
• White Group: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Mon-Fri
• Blue Group: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Mon-Fri

All swimmers are expected to be on deck, dressed with goggles at the start of practice. Attendance at practices are vital to improvement, however, missed practices due to illness or other commitments do not need prior approval!

In the event of school closings due to weather, LCA will not practice.
