Call 562-2122 We perform upgrades and repairs on any Windows-based PC system(s) for an on-site flat fee of $50 per hour.* This includes Windows 98, ME, 2000, or XP, and is significantly less than most repair shops that do not come to you! The $50 rate does not cover parts, problems which are primarily client-server network based (a network specialist may need to look at those problems and may be more), nor uncommon proprietary hardware being used in conjunction with a PC (machine controls, video editing equipment, etc.). Also, some problems may require taking your computer in, and returning it to you (no extra charge). Simply call 562-2122 ready to describe the problem in detail. Be sure to have the following information ready as best you can: processor type (Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 64, etc.), operating system (Windows 98, Me, XP, etc.), exact nature of the problem (when and how problems happen, or if anything happens at all!). We'll schedule a time convenient for you. You may also email us at info@uacomputerhelp.com. *Minimum 1 hour charge. Above 1 hour, time is rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. We reserve the right to charge an analysis fee for quoted repairs that are refused ($25 carry-in, $50 on-site). Travel of more than 10 miles adds a $.50 per mile charge. |
