Ford Capris...

Imagine a car that was picked by the American magazine Road Test as “Import Car of the Year”, beating Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, Aston Martin and Ferrari. A car Motor Trend magazine said, “BMWs, Fiat 124s, Audis, and even Mustangs become fair game on curvy roads”. 

Now, thirty years on, the Capri is a car still trying to shake off it's boy racer image. Kept alive now by enthusiasts around the World, the Capri was the European version of the Ford Mustang, and was every bit as successful selling nearly two million cars. So successful that there are rumors circulating that Ford are planning on producing a retro Capri.
