Illegal uploading and downloading online are becoming serious everyday. The latest victim is Heavenly King Leon. A reader reported that Leon's two new released songs are uploaded by someone allowing anyone to download. Regardless of the voice and sound effects, all were of CD versions and not edited radio versions. The reader also expressed there's an insider in the record company.
Besides Leon as a victim, it also includes Janice and Jill and the rest of the singers under Leon's label. The record company executive Alvin Wang responded, "Illegal downloading is actually not new to us now. He/She should not be doing it. This has to be handled by the government. (There's an insider in the company?) Absolutely not. (A Melody Looking is releasing a soundtrack?) Never said going to release a soundtrack."
Moreover, yesterday at 10 a.m., Leon's work van was discovered parked at a pedestrian road on Sai Wan's Pokfield Road. In the end, it received a parking ticket.
