The night before, Peter Lam's eSun Holdings Limited held its Spring Dinner at Conrad Hotels. Arists and singers in the companies under Peter like Media Asia, AMusic, and others attended the dinner. The atmosphere was lively. Peter also announced big plans for this year.
Artists who attended include Leon, Miriam Yeung, Edison Chen, Anthony Wong, Denise Ho, Richie Jen, Josie Ho, Janice, Jill, Charles Ying, Andy Hui, Stephanie Cheng, and others. Leon and Miriam sat besides Peter at the host table showing their positions. For the whole night, artists were playfully at a high. When Andy was singing onstage, Denise gave him a rose and tried to force a kiss on him which was really funny. When Miriam and Richie was singing, Leon gave a rose to Miriam. Afterwards, many artists went onstage for the raffles. Although Sammi Cheng was not able to attend, she donated HK$30,000 in cash for the raffles. Peter added HK$30,000 more. A lot of artists won prizes like Janice and Stephanie won HK$5,000 apeice.
