Yesterday, UNICEF ambassadors Leon and Miriam Yeung attended China Children's Week - Charity Lion and Dragon Dancing Day 2007. The event is to raise funds for The 14th Annual China Children's Week. The funds will be donated to the improverished children project and development project to improve the living of children from the mainland far in the mountain regions. In the past, Leon visited many different improverished areas. He hopes new generation singers like Janice, Jill, and others can personally go and experience it.

After pictures of Leon and Gaile Lok vacationing in Hokkaido were revealed, Leon accepted an interview for the first time yesterday. It seemed as though he wasn't affected by it, and he was in a good mood. When speaking of visiting areas with UNICEF, Leon said, "In the past, I went to Africa, Rwanda, and Brazil. Instead, I hope Janice and Jill can personally go and experience it. The result should be more ideal if they publicize it." Recently, Stefanie Sun was being threatened and extorted in Egypt. Asked if he's worried to make visitations again, Leon expressed that he's not clear about Stefanie's situation, but charity should be supported.

Leon and Gaile skiing in Hokkaido during the Lunar New Year was secretly photographed. Asked if he's unahppy because of it, he said, "I can only say that I was helping someone make a travel special while on break. That journalist said his boss told him not to take a break and go take pictures of me. I just told him to only take pictures a little further, but he stood very close. I had no choice."

Asked if he feels disappointed, Leon expressed that he knows how to comfort himself, so he won't be disappointed. But after the picture captions and text insertions, those are from the editors. He has no opinions toward that tabloid. He said, "If you want to know if Leon is disappointed or not, you imagine yourself as him!" He also emphasized the pictures of a hotel room isn't theirs.

Yesterday, there was a report of Leon beating out Tony Leung to act in Chen Kaige's Mei Lan Fang. Leon spoke frankly that he was confused after seeing the report. At this minute, this never happened. The report said he went for a costume fitting. He also denied it and said to ask the person who spread this. He also revealed he'll have one show only 4 In Love Concert at the HK Coliseum on April 13th. The ticket sales will be donated to UNICEF. He will be performing the other Heavenly Kings Andy Lau's, Aaron Kwok's, and Jacky Cheung's songs. He had earlier completed talks of the songs' copyrights with other record companies. He only had to call Andy, because he had copyrights to his songs. As for the idea of this concert, Leon expressed that a lot of songs have a lot of meanings. Although he has to sing songs from the other Heavenly Kings, he doesn't feel any pressure. There will not be any invited guest performers.
