The night before, Leon raised funds for UNICEF by holding 4 In Love Concert at the HK Coliseum. Besides singing his own songs, he sang songs from the other Heavenly Kings, Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, and Aaron Kwok. A lot of showbiz friends came out to support including Miriam Yeung, Leo Ku, Chapman To, Dai Chi Chong, Jill, and more. Leon's girlfriend Gaile Lok did not make an appearance. Instead, his former rumored girlfriend Michele Reis and her boyfriend Julian Hui held hands to attend the concert. Besides being absorbed into the concert while Leon sang love songs, they could not help but kissed. Although Gaile did not appear at the concert, she did join Leon at the post-celebration party. They came out from the bar separately, but they left in the same car.
The night before, there were no female dancers at the concert. Instead, female models were modeling while Leon sang, but Gaile was not part of it. Leon is labelled as 'golden quote king'. In his concert, he often said some golden quotes to entertain the audience. He said, "Tonight is a special show. I'm very happy. I'm also very nervous, because a lot of songs are not mine. It's not an excuse for not doing good. I only try my best, so no need for regrets."
Leon especially accepted five questions from the journalists onstage. A journalist asked, "Why your girlfriend Gaile did not model onstage?" Music director Mark Lui took to answer, "All the models are 6'5". She is only 6'1", so she doesn't qualify." Leon said, "We have our own jobs. She may not appear at my work, and I may not appear at her work. She doesn't want to come so nothing can be done about it." Mark teased Leon, "She probably doesn't like to watch your show!" Asked why he didn't dance, Leon immediately quoted from Jan Lamb's standup comedy of him being a tree, "I'm a tree that can only move a bit of roots."
Michele and Julian were mentioned about watching the show. Leon joked, "I also saw them holding hands. We greeted each other backstage." A journalist asked if he'll get married. He said, "I will say no temporarily, but a lot of things can't be predicted in life. I'm not shifting responsiblities to other people. All has to comply with fate." Asked if he proposed, Mark took to answer, "Who wouldn't say yes if he proposed? Right?." Leon immediately said, "Definitely." Mark also said nobody agreed, so Leon didn't propose.
Leon talked about how he met Aaron. He said that he and Aaron filmed in Switzerland for the Miss HK Pageant when they first debuted. While eating steak, Leon heard someone screaming. It was Aaron falling from the icy mountain. There were four people helping Aaron up. Leon asked him if he's alright. Aaron said he was fine, but he couldn't stand so he had to sit for a bit. Leon said Aaron already has Sky King license plates, but the two don't meet often. They only see each other during music awards ceremonies.
Leon's company signed a Korean female pianist Bo Young. Leon poked fun of her name as Boeing 747. He praised her piano skills like the likes of Lang Lang and Yundi Li. Later, Leon and Janice sang 我為何讓你走 (Why Did I Let You Go) together. After that, Leon sang Andy's 忘情水 (Forget Love Potion). Leon said, "If it wasn't for Andy asking me to sing with him at TVB's anniversary show, I wouldn't be able to release this album." Leon thanked Andy for immediately selling the copyrights to his songs.
Leon sang only 18 songs at the concert. Someone from the audience yelled out that it's impossible. Leon immediately said, "People have fate seeing this concert tonight. Should not mind the meaning of short and long. If there's fate, we'll see each other again." There was no encore. When Leon bowed to thank the fans, two fans rushed to the stage, hoping to get closer to him.
After the concert, Leon held a post-celebration party at Central's Halo Bar. A lot of fans and journalists were there. Miriam arrived by taxi and was surprised at the crowd. Michele and Julian also attended. Some fans praised her beauty. Leon and Gaile left at 2:30 a.m. Gaile came out first. Fans immediately screamed and praised her beauty. Gaile responded with a smile. Afterwards, Leon came out and the two left in the same car.
