Leon and Kelly Chen have a love story in the film An Empress And The Warriors. Kelly thinks the most romantic scene is when the two were in a hot air balloon. She revealed that Leon is afraid of heights more than she is. Kelly laughed that while the hot air balloon was flying, she was very excited, but Leon looked like he was very afraid and wanted to finish filming as soon as possible. Afterwards, everyone was into filming. Leon became relaxed and even said it was fun.
In the film, Kelly plays a princess. Due to her father's (Emperor's) death in a battle, she assumes his position. Afterwards, she was wounded and escaped into the forest. Fortunately, Leon rescued her. In order to film the princess suffering and unexpected meeting, Kelly had to roll around on turf many times and almost ate leaves. The director Tony Ching requested her to roll around with beauty. Kelly discovered that rolling on turf requires skills. While at the end of rolling, her head was filled with leaves. It was very funny when her hair covered her face as well. Director Ching ordered not to roll with ugliness else Leon will run away scared.
