Innovators is a consulting company that focuses on the field of
Micro Quality. It was co-founded by Les and Diane Wollschlaeger.
We are not a "me too, cookie cutter company" that copies
what other people do. Our goal is to introduce new innovative quality
programs that offer a competitve business advantage to our clients.
What distinguishes us from other consulting firms is the development of Micro Quality. Micro Quality focuses on what each individual brings to the equation. Right thoughts produce right actions that flow out from people like ripples in a pond. Knowledge is the resource either individually
or collectively that can be used over and over again. When we
