• Les Wollschlaeger has studied and practiced Quality for over 30 years.
• Les graduated with M.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is a Professional Registered Engineer in the state of Oregon.
• His true calling has been Quality. He is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer and an ASQ certified Reliability Engineer.
• He has been the Quality Manager at Hewlett-Packard, Spectra-Physics, and Siltec.
• He has been a guest lecturer for two annual nationwide ASQ symposiums as well as local ASQ meetings.
• He is the author of The Quality Promise, a leading book in the field of Micro Quality.
