Located on the west coast of Maui, our PUAMANA individually owned townhouses (not condos) have two bedrooms, 2 or 2 ½ baths, and are located on gated 28 acres of privately owned ocean-front, tropical gardens. PUAMANA is a private community with one and two-story townhouses in a lush, low-density setting. It is within walking distance of downtown Lahaina.  PUAMANA is a former estate, and the gracious mansion is now the clubhouse complete with library, music room, and a patio (lanai) overlooking the ocean. Watching Maui sunsets from the lanai with a cool drink is the ultimate in peace and relaxation. PUAMANA is not a commercial resort. The homes are not commercial rental units. No crowds, no high-rise condos, no busses or through traffic, it is ideal, yet within minutes of the exciting shops and restaurants of Lahaina and Kaanapali. Lahaina has the best weather on Maui, and that is why the ancient Hawaiians built their capitol there in the first place. They were smart people who knew their Island.

PUAMANA has three swimming pools.  The ocean pool is built on the beach, unique in Hawaii.  It is glorious to swim in this pool and hear the waves beat against the walls, or lay on the deck and gaze across the water to the islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a children’s playground at one of the family pools and volley ball area next to the other.

If relaxing means a game of tennis, there is a full size tennis court and a paddle ball court.
