All of this for far less than the cost of a hotel room for 2 people! By renting from the owners, you realize significant saving due to lower overhead. When comparing prices with other units on Maui, just be certain you are making valid comparisons. Our units are fully equipped homes, whereas most condos are small, apartment style units in high-rises with small efficiency kitchens. Our units range in price for two people from $135 to $199 per night, and from $149 to $250 per night for more than two people, up to six. All prices plus Hawaii state taxes (4% General Excise Tax, and 7.25% Transient Accommodations Tax). $100 fully refundable security deposit paid with balance on the rentals. Balance is due 30 days before occupancy, 60 days for Holiday period(12/15 - 1/15). Discounts available for extended stay. Maid service before arrival and after departure. Available at other times for extra charge. Minimum stay 5 nights except for Holiday Season when the minimum is 7 nights. Cancellation Policy: Balances (not deposits) refunded for same number of nights unit re-rented and 30-days notice given. Prices subject to change.
