Levan Machine Company was started in 1936 by Walter W. Levan, grandfather of current president Brian V. Levan. The first shop was located on Pricetown Road in Fleetwood,PA. The business was located there until 1946, when it was moved to the current location across the street from the old shop. In the early years, the shop catered to local mushroom farmers and townships, providing general welding and repair service.
During WW2, the company provided services to the government for the war effort.
Over the years, there have been many changes in both the types of services performed and the work facilities. We have updated many of our machines to CNC. We have continued to improve and expand our facilities to keep up with the companies growth. The focus of our company has also changed to industrial repair service, including 24-hour emergency repair.
