Please sign up for an event using email. If there are any questions, please contact us. Sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis. As areminder, we will do our best to either call you and/or e-mail you, a few days before the event for which you are scheduled to work.  You will also be notified if an event is canceled.

If you cannot fulfill a commitment, please try and find a replacement. A list of LHS boosters who work the Ranch can be can be obtained from us. Once a replacement has been found, please call 970-691-9982.

    NOTICE!

You must be scheduled or have received an confirmation from Kelley or Lance in order to work at any of the following Ranch events.

Showing up at the Ranch might result in the crew leader sending you home, uncompensated. We will follow the guidelines from Ovations on the maximum number of workers allowed in a specific stand. The number of openings is shown for every event. The minimum student age to work at the Ranch is 14 years. We will adhere to our contract with Ovations. The LHS Band Boosters have a legally binding contract with Ovations tooperate the stands, so it is important for us to arrive at the worker arrival time,in the stand and ready to setup. If any of our workers are late to the stand, Ovations may deduct over 50% from our group's net profit for that night.
