Elementary School-Age Presentation Fee Schedule
Autism is a difference. Giving that difference a label in the classroom is the first step towards acceptance.
The interactive classroom presentation starts with a discussion of differences and what it means to stereotype, prejudge and accommodate others. Autism is introduced as a difference and the discussion continues using the book What Autism Means to Me by Caspian and Lynne Banki as a resource.
The 40 minute long presentation is done one classroom (appr 25 students) at a time. No electronic support is necessary.
$95.00 Includes a forty minute presentation, one copy of the resource What Autism Means to Me for the classroom, and snacks for the children (needed as part of the presentation). If it is the first time I have ever visited your school, an additional copy of What Autism Means to Me will be given to the school library.
$145.00 Doubled up classroom option includes a fifty minute presentation, two copies of the resource What Autism Means to Me for the teachers, and snacks for the children (needed as part of the presentation).

Should I Test My Child?
Parents of Young Children Presentation Fee Schedule
It is difficult for any of us to consider that our child might have a special need. How do you make the leap from feeling that something is wrong to actually having your child tested?
Milestones, red flags, the evaluation process and autism are discussed.
$75.00 is a suggested price for this one hour presentation. Parent groups that do not have budgets for presentations are encouraged to make an offer. This presentation is geared towards groups of up to 40 and leaves plently of room for questions.

Step Into My World
Caregiver/Educator Presentation Fee Schedule
Would you like to know how it feels to have autism? The first part of this presentation is designed to give the participant a sense of what living with autism might be like. Nothing will bring the world of autism completely to you, but my hope is that your experiences during the presentation will give you a basis to reconsider your approach when dealing with an autistic person.
A set-up and break-down time of 30 min/ea will be required for this one hour presentation, which requires an enclosed room with access to power and the capability to play DVD's.
$300 - includes a one hour presentation, one copy of the resource What Autism Means to Me, and a cool-down snack during question and answer time.
