Your house inspection includes digital photos of all issues and will be posted online, accessible with your private pass code or printed onsite. You can view, print and share the report with anyone you wish.Rick will spend time showing you what issues or maintenance items your prospective home may have. Clients are encouraged to attend the home inspection and ask questions so they may be better informed about the property they're buying. If you cannot attend, your home inspection report has photos with arrows illustrating any issues and Rick will go over these items with you by phone.
