YLinscott-Rumford Students Donate to Locks of LoveY

Hair dresses from Salon Muffie of Reading and Philip Ciampa of Winchester donated their skills, while parents and students from the Linscott-Rumford Elementary School donated at least 7 inches of their hair to Locks of Love. Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that helps provide hairpieces to children under the age of 18 that suffer from long term medical conditions.
