Sees Candy Bar Fundraising Program

24 bars / box – Sell each candy bar for $2.00 with the student returning $48.00 per box.  Each box contains an envelope to return your money.  Please be sure to put the student’s name on the envelope when returning.

The students will earn $20.70 to their student account for every box of 24 bars sold.

Milk Chocolate (Plain)

Milk Chocolate with Almonds

Milk Chocolate with Toffee Nuggets

Dark Chocolate with Almonds

If interested, please email rhondahowerton@comcast.net with your candy bar order (limit to 4 boxes at a time). 

The fundraiser will be ongoing so you can always request more candy once you have sold your boxes and returned the money to the Band Room mail box.  Checks can be made out to LHS Band Boosters (No Cash in the mailbox please!!!).

FAIR SHARE BAND FEES:

The “Fair Share” Band fees are $240.00 (each student) for 2009-2010 School Year. 

Please make checks out to LHS Band Boosters.  Checks can be placed into an envelope and deposited in the white mailbox on the wall in the back of the band room, or they may be mailed to P O Box 1171, Livermore, CA94550.  If you have questions regarding Band fees please contact Mr. McNair or a Board Member.

FUNDRAISER COORDINATOR NEEDED:

We are in need of a Fundraiser Coordinator or just a one time evening dine-out organizer such as a Chevy's night or Chili's night.  If you are interested, please contact a Melissa Berg or a Board member for more information.

There is an account for Livermore HS Cowboy Band Boosters, Group ID number 4842766.  This is different than the LHS Cowboy Boosters.  If your students transferred schools, please transfer you escript donations.
