This is the second year the Street Banner Contest is being brought to you by the St. Clair Art Association.  The banners will be designed and executed by artists of all ages.  40 street banners will be displayed in the Riverview Plaza for public vote.  20 summer banners will then be moved to the street poles in the St. Clair area for the summer months and 20 winter banners during the winter months.

The original street banners will provide an incredibly colorful and unique town streetscape that will be enjoyed by the local community and visitors throughout the year.

There will be a printed guide listing the artist, title of each work and the location of the banners.
